|Pricing Although we are based in the UK, our customers are world-wide. We therefore offer our prices in pounds sterling, inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT.|

All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you.

|Guarantees All products bought from our website are guaranteed against failure for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product proves to be faulty within that period as a result of mechanical failure you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.|

In the unlikely event your weather station or a particular component should fail, Metcheck offer a returns and repairs policy.
Under the Sales of Goods Act a consumer may seek redress where a product is faulty within 28 days. After this time the consumer is entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund. Metcheck are responsible for the refund of any postage costs for the return of faulty goods the customer meets in sending the faulty unit back. In the unlikely case that customers are not satisfied with their goods for any reason; the items may be returned for a refund (not including postage costs) subject to a 25% restocking fee within 7 days of purchase.
If the unit is under warranty, your item will be tested, repaired or replaced free of charge.
If the unit is out of warranty, Metcheck charge an hourly fee of £20.00. This is to cover, testing, admin time and postage and packing.
If the unit can be repaired, it is most likely that it will be sent back to manufacturer. The customer is then responsible for paying the bill that Metcheck receive from the manufacturer. If this is the case all customers will be notified before any repairs proceed.
If the unit is unrepairable, we would suggest buying a new unit and would be willing to waver the fee for testing.
In the situation of no fault found a £20.00 testing and handling fee will be charged to the customer.
