| Responsibility When Metcheck receive an order, it is our responsibility to despatch it as quickly and efficiently as possible. We put our trust into the companies that deliver the goods i.e. Royal Mail. If in the unlikely event of a delivery problem, Metcheck cannot be held responsible. If you know that you will not be at your home address on the date of expected delivery, please arrange the goods to be sent to an alternative address, perhaps a neighbour, relative or your work place. This will hopefully avoid any disappointment. Just enter a separate delivery address on to the online order form when prompted. Our standard delivery is set on a 48 hour service. If you requuire a quicker delivery, it must be requested and you will be charged extra. If the courier company fail to deliver on the expected date or time, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot compensate for any time taken off work to wait in for a delivery, we can only refund the delivery charge if the courier company will accept a claim from us. |

| Returns While we try to ensure all goods are sent out in perfect condition, occasionally a product may be faulty. Before you return any goods, please call us on 01787 883138 either on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am and 2pm to get request a returns number and discuss the most suitable way to return goods. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Please include a written confirmation with your package stating the reason for its return, i.e. an explanation of the fault, the product you are returning and the returns reference number. In the unlikely event your weather station or a particular component should fail, Metcheck offer a returns and repairs policy. As the goods we distribute are covered under a "return to base warranty" this means that Metcheck are unable to refund of any postage costs the customer meets in sending the faulty unit back. If the unit is under warranty, your item will be tested and repaired or replaced free of charge. If the unit is out of warranty, Metcheck charge an hourly fee of £20.00. This is to cover, testing, admin time and postage and packing. If the unit is out of warranty but repairable, it is likely that your system will be returned to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will quote for repair and all customers will be notified before any repairs proceed. In the situation of no fault found a £20.00 testing and handling fee will be charged to the customer. |
