| Same day despatch for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, if all items are in stock. Delivery is normally within three working days to most mainland UK destinations. All orders delivered to UK addresses are despatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce courier service - please ensure that someone is ready to sign for the goods. If no-one is available to sign we recommend that you enter an alternative delivery address when required in the shopping cart so that your goods will arrive with you safely. Standard delivery charges for Parcelforce parcels are as follows: UK mainland - £6.99 (includes England, Wales and lower parts of Scotland) Channel Islands - £14.95 Scottish Highlands and Islands - £14.95 Standard delivery charge for Royal Mail parcels sent within any part of the UK (excl. | When Metcheck receive an order, it is our responsibility to despatch it as quickly and efficiently as possible. We put our trust into the companies that deliver the goods i.e. Royal Mail. If in the unlikely event of a delivery problem, Metcheck cannot be held responsible. If you know that you will not be at your home address on the date of expected delivery, please arrange the goods to be sent to an alternative address, perhaps a neighbour, relative or your work place. This will hopefully avoid any disappointment. Just enter a separate delivery address on to the online order form when prompted. Our standard delivery is set on a 48 hour service. If you requuire a quicker delivery, it must be requested and you will be charged extra. If the courier company fail to deliver on the expected date or time, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot compensate for any time taken off work to wait in for a delivery. |
